GLP-1 & weight loss meal prep FAQ · Los Angeles

Answers about our published meal nutrition, portions and allergy information. Meal information is not medical advice or a promise that a dish fits your treatment plan.

GLP-1 meal planning & macros
Are these meals medically approved for people taking GLP-1 medications?

No. We publish meal information, not a medically prescribed diet or GLP-1 certification. No dish has been verified as suitable for everyone taking these medications. Review your food and portion needs with your prescribing clinician or registered dietitian.

Where do the calories and macros come from?

They come from our published meal descriptions, using the same current-menu comparison as the GLP-1 meal planning page and protein and macros page. We do not calculate missing calories or substitute recipe estimates. These business-published values are not independently laboratory-verified.

Are the numbers for a full meal or a suggested smaller portion?

The numbers below are published per-meal values, not recommended portions. We do not set serving sizes for your treatment plan or calculate nutrition for partial portions. Ask your care team how the listed meal fits your individual plan.

Does more protein mean a meal is better for my GLP-1 plan?

Not necessarily. The comparison is sorted by published protein for convenience, not medical suitability. Calories, carbs, fat, ingredients and your individual needs also matter when discussing meal choices with your care team. We do not prescribe daily macro targets.

Why are some weekly meals missing from this comparison?

Only current, available meals with a single complete published calorie, protein, carb and fat block are shown. Missing or ambiguous option-specific nutrition is left out rather than guessed. The current weekly menu includes all current dishes.

Does a macro listing confirm allergy safety?

No. Nutrition information does not confirm allergy safety. Review ingredients and allergens and contact us before ordering with allergy questions. Read our food safety FAQ for shared-kitchen and allergen information.

Do you offer symptom-relief meals or promise weight loss?

No. We do not claim our meals treat medication side effects or produce weight-loss or other treatment outcomes. For medication or symptom questions, contact your prescribing healthcare professional.

How do I see the menu and check delivery?
